The recruitment is for the position of Deputy Project Director in two fields: Electrical (PPS-8) and Finance/Admin (PPS-8). For the Deputy Project Director (Electrical) applicants must have a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Candidates should be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in the public sector or a reputable organization with a minimum of 3 years in the public sector. The maximum age limit for this position is 50 years.
For the post of Deputy Project Director (Finance/Admin) candidates must hold an MBA in Finance or an M.Com degree from an HEC-recognized university. Similar to the electrical position this role also requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the public sector or a reputed organization with 3 of those years specifically in a public sector organization. The age limit for this position is also set at 50 years.
The recruitment process will be based on merit and the contracts will initially be for two years extendable annually based on performance. Along with the application form candidates must include a copy of their CNIC and a recent passport-size photograph.
